Biography
I spent more than two decades in the corporate world. I climbed the leadership ladder faster than most of my peers, worked across a wide range of roles, functions and came away with a genuine understanding of how the corporate machine really works. I sat alongside executive leadership, helped shape strategy as the Enterprise Coach.
Corporate life gave me a great deal, and I won't pretend otherwise. But somewhere along the way, a quiet thought kept surfacing: this isn't where I belong. I always wanted to do something of my own but didn’t know how. Does that echo with you too?
Eventually, I decided to find out. I leaned on fellow coaches for clarity and planning, the way anyone starting out should — but the drive I felt this time was something I'd never experienced in all my years of employment— so I took the leap and started my own coaching practice.
