The first session is about getting clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what's been getting in the way. We'll discuss your goals, how you like to work, and set an initial plan for our time together. There's no pressure — it's a two-way conversation to see if we're a good fit.

It depends on your goals. Some clients see meaningful shifts in a few sessions; others prefer ongoing support over several months for deeper, lasting change. We'll check in regularly on your progress and adjust the plan together rather than locking you into something rigid.

How often do we meet, and how long are sessions?

Most clients meet every one to two weeks, with each session running 45–60 minutes. This rhythm gives you enough time to apply what we discuss and come back with real progress (and real questions) to work through.
